This 12 Week program was built for those who would like to incorporate strength training & mobility into an already established fitness/Sports/active lifestyle routine. It includes a gym or dumbbell only option & you can choose a one, two or three day per week plan to follow. The program does not include one on one support but does include access to a Support Group for questions, form reviews, and group interaction. This is for those who have access to several different sets of weights from light to heavy. If you only have access to light weights, this program will not work for you at this time. Strength training means putting progressive resistance on your body overtime. This program does not expire and is completely self-paced.
